Death Comes to Relief Society Worker

Mrs. Ethelwinne Brown Pratt, 81, widow of Laron Pratt, died at her home, 239 west North Temple street, Wednesday at 10 p.m. of disabilities incident to age.

Mrs. Pratt was born in London, England, on February 7, 1851, and came to Salt Lake in 1863, crossing the plains by ox team. She was an active member of the Church and had served in the Relief society for many years. She had been a resident of the Seventeenth ward for the past 63 years.

Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. W.S. Zehring and Mrs. Pearl Kelly of Los Angeles, Cal.; and Mrs. W.W. Rogers of Salt Lake; 15 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
