Be It Known By These Presents:
That I Parley P Pratt, Sole Administrator of the Estate of Parley P Pratt Lake of Great Salt Lake City Deceased of Great Salt Lake City in the County of Great Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, the rightful claimant and owner of possession of Twenty Two (22) feet Fronting South by Twenty Rods North of Lot Three (3) in Block Seventy Six (76) Commencing Sixty Three feet West of the South East Corner of said Lot thence North 20 Rods thence West 22 feet, thence South 20 Rods thence East 22 feet
Containing <the Place of beginning> 7260 square feet of ground be the same more or less as plotted in the Plot A Great Salt Lake City Survey: Do, for the sum of Four hundred ($400) Dollars, paid by Kesiah D Pratt her heirs or assigns forever.
The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, sell release, remise, quit claim and
Transfer, all my right to Claim, Interest and Possession of and to the aforesaid premises;
Together with all and singular, the tenements, hereditaments, rights, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, with all the Estate, Rights, Title, interest and possession thereof, or in any wise appertaining, or belonging thereto; to the said Kesiah D Pratt her heirs or assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twentieth day of April A. D., One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Seven (1867)

Woolley, County Recorder of said County, Certify, that the signer of the above Transfer and quit claim Deed, personally known to me, appeared this Twentieth Day of April A.D., 1867, and acknowledged that he of his own free will and choice executed the foregoing Transfer, and quit, claim Deed for the consideration therein set forth.
