Susan L. Pratt, Pioneer, Dies

Mrs. Susan L. Snow Pratt, Utah pioneer, widow of Professor Orson Pratt, Jr., died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. J.P. Wilson, 341 Elizabeth street, Wednesday.

She was born March 14, 1841 in Ohio, a daughter of the late Judge Z. Snow. Mrs. Pratt came to Salt Lake at the age of nine years with a company of pioneers and has been a resident of this city since.

Surviving are two sons, Judge A.E. Pratt, Ogden and E.L. Pratt, Salt Lake; two daughters, Mrs. J.P. Wilson and Mrs. Ida P. Greenwood; a sister, Mrs. Addie L. Gilmer all of Salt Lake; three brothers, George W. Snow, Hollywood; Elliott Snow, Boston and H.W. Snow, Chicago; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
