Wills Filed
Estates Left by Charles B. Donkin and Elizabeth B. Pratt
…The will of Elizabeth Brotherton Pratt was also filed yesterday. The estate is value at about $1000, and sundry small bequests are made. Two nephews and two nieces are given $5 each, and Brighamina Pratt and Nephi Pratt are bequeathed one-half and one-third of the residue of the estate, respectively. Should anything remain after the payment of debts and legacies, it goes to Abinadi Pratt, who is now in the insane asylum at Provo. John Silver and F.M. Bishop are nominated as executors, to serve without bonds.
