Able To be Out.
We are pleased to state that Apostles Orson Pratt and Charles C. Rich, have so far recovered that both were able to be out yesterday attending their quorum meeting. Brother Rich speaks quite freely, and although he has not regained, entirely the use of his paralyzed side, the tingling sensations experienced indicate that feeling is gradually returning. We congratulate both the brethren on their improvement, and trust we will soon have the satisfaction of chronicling their complete restoration to health.

Local and Other Matters.
From Thursday’s Daily, July 14.
Apostle Orson Pratt.
The many friends of our venerable and beloved brother, Apostle Orson Pratt, have rejoiced to see him make his appearance occasionally in meeting and upon the streets, and are delighted that he has so far recovered from the serious attack of illness which prostrated him for so long. He wishes it to be known that his convalescence is due to the skilful herbal treatment administered by Dr. Castle, of the 12th Ward, assisted by the blessings of the Almighty and the faith and prayers of the Latter-day Saints. We earnestly hope that his improvement under such efficient agencies, will continue, until, ere long, we shall have the pleasure of recording his complete restoration to permanent health.
