Death in Provo

‘Aunt’ Phoebe Soper Pratt died last Saturday evening at her daughter’s residence, Third Ward, Provo City, aged 64 years. She was a wife of the late Parley P. Pratt, and was with him a great deal in his travels preaching the Gospel, especially on his first trip to South America, and endured the many hardships of the mission. She died a faithful Latter-day Saint.

The funeral will take place at the ward house, Provo, Tuesday, the 20th.
