The committee to whom was referred the petition of P.P. Pratt Jr., for damages to his buggy amounting to $10, reported adversely on it. The committee thought that everybody could drive around dangerous holes, and thus avert any accidents. This is a queer idea, and if followed out will cost the city something for damages some day.
