The Ogden-Goldfield Mining company, an Ogden organization, was recently incorporated under the laws of Utah for the purposes of mining in the new camp of Goldfield, Nevada. The officers are Amos Sebring, president; S.L. Ives, vice-president; Francis Woods, secretary; C.V. Zinn, treasurer and D.G. Zinn, manager. The company is much pleased with its Goldfield holdings, in which they believe they have the making of a big mine.
