By virtue of an order of sale and decree of foreclosure to me directed from the Second Judicial District Court, County of Davis, State of Utah, in favor of Ogden Packing & Provision Company, a corporation, and against Milando Pratt, Elizabeth R. Pratt and Edna V. Pratt, to satisfy a judgment of ($580.00), Interest $19.50, attorney’s fees $100.00, plaintiff’s costs to date $17.80, and costs, I have levied upon the following named property, to wit: All of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 32, Tp. 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, together with the appurtenances, as the property of Milando Pratt, Elizabeth R. Pratt and Edna V. Pratt, and will expose the same for sale or so much as will satisfy plaintiff’s demand, to wit: ($587.30) five hundred eighty-seven dollars and thirty cents and costs, at the front door of the County Court House, in Farmington, Davis county, Utah, on the 8th day of January, A.D. 1914.
